KaryaFlow help center

KaryaFlow has two parts.

• The Dashboard is the website your office staff use. You create jobs, raise invoices, approve money and run reports here.
• The Technician app is the phone app your field team use. Technicians see their jobs, record the work, mark attendance and collect payments here.

Both work on the same information. A job created on the Dashboard appears on the technician's phone. Work the technician records appears back on the Dashboard.

Your screens may look different

KaryaFlow is set up for each company. Your provider turns whole areas on or off, so your sidebar may be shorter than the one in these guides. Your own admin can rename fields, hide fields and name your own job stages.

If a screen in these guides is missing from your Dashboard, your provider has not turned it on. Contact them to ask for it.
